Gifts Cards

  • - The family profile will give you the family preferences for vendors.

  • - To access your family’s profile, go to your account page where you will find a link to your adopted family. Some ‘always appreciated, safe bets are: Target, Walmart, Safeway, Lucky, Food Maxx.


  • - The family profile provides you with the specific requests of the family. To access your family's profile, go to your account page, where you'll find a link to your adopted family.

  • - Please provide at least one fun and one practical gift for each family member.

  • - Wrap and tag each gift.

Food (optional)

  • - All of our families appreciate help with providing nutritious meals. You can help by purchasing grocery gift cards available at all major grocery stores. The family’s local supermarket preference is listed in the profile.

  • - We welcome canned food and other non-perishables if boxed securely with no box weighing over 30 lbs.

Drop Off and Delivery

  • - Dates and directions are available here on the website.

  • - Gifts and gift cards must be dropped off at the location associated with the family (i.e. Richmond family, Richmond drop off).

  • - Please bring your adopted family profile form and the in-kind donor receipt form found here, filled out, to the drop-off site.

Packaging Gifts and Gift Cards

  • - Place all gift items in sturdy boxes with lids (or flaps) and tape securely to close.

  • - Maximum weight for boxes is 30 lbs.

  • - Boldly write the Family Code Number (found on the Family Profile) on all 4 sides and the top of each box.

  • - Label each box with its number (i.e. '1 of 3', '2 of 3', '3 of 3').

  • - Place gift cards in a sturdy envelope.

  • - For gift cards, boldly write the Family Code Number (found on the family profile) on both sides of the envelop.

  • - Give gift cards to the staff member who receives your donation at the drop off location. The staff member will ensure that the envelope is stored securely until the family receives the gifts.
